#164: Harvard Beets
I've done this once before and this time it turned out better. First time I used canned beets and they were in a vinegar broth (as they usually are here) and the result was way too sour. This time I boiled the beets etc and the result was good!
#163: Wolffie’s Cocoa Cake & Chocolate Fudgey Frosting
#162: Faux Fish & Veganica.com Cajun Sweet Potato Fries
I didn't have any kelp powder, so instead I'm using some wakame seaweed in the broth. Also I thought about marinating the faux fish in miso-mustard-marinade over night. Let's see how it turns out!
The sweet potato fries were really tasty, but I guess the oven should have been in a higher temperature, because the fries were a little too soft!
#160: Cinnamon-Spiced Roasted Veggies
We've made this receipe before, so I'm skipping it. Also I skipped the Pickles-receipe, 'cos it sort of freaked me out!
#157: Emira’s Speedy Gourmet Kale & Tofu Delight
After making this receipe I realized what is the difference with kale and cabbage! Here I used a few too many chili flakes, so the result was a little too spicy for my taste. Also I found that the cabbage was a little too hard, so I sauteed it 10 min extra and added ½ cup of natural soygurt to soften the chiliness!
#155: Coconut Pie Pancakes & Economy “Maple” Pancake Syrup
Loved the coconut milk in these pancakes. In the search of the perfect pancake, I would mix coconut milk, cardamom, raspberries and walnuts, oh!
#154: Sarah’s Green Split Pea Soup
I really liked this one. It was a tasty everyday dish. Instead of split peas, I used crossed green peas.
#151: Vegan Fruit Juice Flavored Jell-o-Tin
I hate Jello, so I made only like 1/4 of the receipe. But it was good to try The Veg Set for the first time.
#149: Tomato Cabbage Soup
I thought this one would suck, but it was surprisingly tasty. I substituted the caraway seeds with fennel seeds and they really made the dish.
#148: Chocolate Pecan Cookies
Only after making the dough I realized that there was no fat going into the batter, only the soft tofu, wow! But there was something wrong with the recipe: the result was not crunchy but more like a cake batter..
#147: Festive Stuffed Butternut Squash
I've been complaining a lot about the amount of different pumpkin recipes, having trouble finding any kind of pumpkins and the prices. Then out of the blue I ran into reasonably priced AND organic butternut squash at my nearest supermarket. Wow!
I liked the recipe. Maybe the filling could have been better with something that would have given it more moisture, like soft tofu or yoghurt.

#140: Margo’s Veggie Peanut Stew
You really can't go wrong with peanut butter in a savory dish, can you?. This one reminded me of another repeipe. I didn't blend the stew, I thought it was better that way.
