#77: Punk-Kin Pasta

I don't know what to think about this receipe. It was OK, but still a little weird.

I've been doing a lot of skipping over all the really expensive and hard-to-find ingredients, but this time I thought I really needed to do the whole receipe. So, I went to this store that sells imported foods here in Helsinki, Behnfords, and got some pumpkin puree.

#76: Sharon’s Black Pepper Coffee Cake

I added spelt flour and stuff like muscovado sugar into it and I think it make the cake a little more fragile in the texture.. The taste was really nice and really light!

Oh shoot! I've been wondering where the cumin fried potatoes entry went and realized that I haven't posted it yet and that the receipe and a few others have been deleted by mistake from my schedule.doc - four lines missing! What happened?! Oh well, I'm gonna post them now. This so messes up my list, d'oh!

#73: Lindsey’s Peanut Butter Cupcakes

 

I made this receipe in September. And been eating them from the freezer one by one. Very nice, quite strong banana taste, but nice nevertheless.

OH, should make onion soup more often. So good!

I didn't have any cheese, so ate this with garlic rye bread sticks.
