#5 Estrellasoap.com Peanut Butter Fudge Mounds

Living in Europe, this dish does not make any sence to me. What is this mound?

Also I think I might have over-cooked these, as they become too sweet tasting and a bit too dry..

    Hi Nikki! This is basically what's called in America a "no-bake cookie." I've been making these since I was a kid. They are always sweet but not dry or crumbly. So they are biscuits. But you are right, they are sugary and sweet.
